What data we collect
When you fill in the appointment request form we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your preferred service, preferred date and message
- Any X-ray or image files you upload
- If your request came from a Google ad, the advertising click identifier (gclid/gbraid) that tells us which campaign brought you
- Whether you have consented to share data with Google for advertising measurement

We do not sell your data. Personal data collected to handle your request may be shared only with the processors needed to provide the service, and with Google and Meta for advertising measurement as described above.
Consent to advertising measurement
We use a cookie-consent banner. By accepting advertising cookies you agree that we may send the advertising click identifier and, where applicable, a hashed (SHA-256) form of your email and/or phone number to Google for conversion measurement (enhanced conversions for leads). You are free to refuse: the appointment request is submitted and processed regardless, and your data is not sent to Google for advertising in that case. You can change your choice at any time in the banner.

- Google LLC (Google Ads / Data Manager), for conversion measurement
- Meta Platforms, for advertising measurement
Retention
We keep your booking data for as long as needed to provide the treatment and to comply with legal and accounting obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Albania, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner).
